I am looking to move to the Lynnwood area by myself this year but can't seem to find a place that doesn't require your gross income to be 3 times your monthly rent. Are there are places in or around Lynnwood or Seattle that have a 2 or 2.5 times rule? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you... Read More »

My budget is pretty low. I can't spend more than 40 bucks on the wheel itself (the tire is fine, but the wheel is bent and the guy at Tim's Bike Shop said it was too bent to true.). It is preferable that any place recommended would be within 3 or 4 blocks of a bus route. Thanks.... Read More »
